We hope you are well and you have been managing to get some golf in. This week’s newsletter brings you exciting information about TalyorMade and Callaway’s new releases, we have some fitting dates for you to get booked in for, and the Pro-am season is upon us. Enjoy the read!

Shop refit

The shop refit is going well and we hope you like our new look! We have new club stands arriving this week, with Under Armour and FootJoy shop in shops arriving in the coming weeks. Our aim is to continue to improve your experience and to increase our service level across all of our services.


Now in!

Exciting times this week as we have taken delivery of the new TaylorMade M family and the new Callaway Rogue ranges and we are able to fit with them now!

Adam has already been in the studio fitting himself for the TaylorMade M3, he hit it with the same shaft but on three different settings.

We only have 2 spaces left for our TaylorMade M Family Launch event on the 15th February. Each appointment is FREE and lasts 45 minutes. Please note we have limited spaces, so contact ASAP to book!

Pro's news

Pro-am dates

It’s the time of the year when we can all start looking forward to the golfing season and plan the events we will be playing in! With this in mind we need players for:

  • 21st March at Peterborough Milton GC
  • 11th April at Northants County GC
  • 3rd May at Wellingborough GC

These are part of the Northamptonshire PGA Winter series, with breakfast beforehand and a presentation afterwards. The cost is £50-£55 per person, contact us ASAP if you'd like to join us for a Pro Am or two!


Portugal Pro-am

Adam is away from Tuesday to play a Pro-am in Lisbon with Ian and Dan Symonds and Neil Presto. The Pro-am takes place on the Praia Del Rey and the West Cliffs Course, which was voted the best new course in the world last year! The competition starts next Friday with practice rounds beforehand. Fingers crossed for some sunshine and good golf. The courses look awesome and we are sure you’ll all have a great time!

Conquer the fat wedge shot

Those of you who are brave enough to face the elements and get out on the course over the winter will know that it’s very easy to hit the odd fat shot, especially with your wedges when trying to be more delicate around the greens. This can be incredibly frustrating, but luckily we’re here to help…
