Adam's Tip of the week
After a week of heavy rain the ground is wet, making striking the ball cleanly absolutelyvital if you are to hit the ball your correctdistance. To help you make sure that you strikethe ball cleanly, I recommend moving the ballslightly further back in your stance (roughly aball further back), then make sure that you getmost of your weight on your front foot atimpact.
Try this drill, place a towel behind the ball asshown in the videoand hit some balls without touching the towel. This will promote a steeper angle of attack intothe balls helping you strike the ball first, helping you achieve consistent distance control.
You will be surprised how much better you cancontrol your shots from wet lies, this will alsohelp you hit the ball easier from the rough.
Happy golfing
